CONFERENCE TERMS

Please be sure to read the following conditions of participation in the conference and then complete your online registration:

1. Participation in the conference is payable and the cost of participation includes full and open access to all lectures and roundtable sessions as well as coffee breaks and lunch. The price does not include travel costs, hotel accommodation, parking fees or any other personal expenses. The price does not include workshop on 4th April 2017.

2. Registration for the conference is tantamount to giving a permission to WHITECOM Project Experience to use the photographs, film, audio, or other recording of participant during Portfolio Experience 2017 for promotion of the conference

3. The fee depends on the registration date of the participant:

a) 750 PLN (1850 PLN for representatives of company providing training and consulting services) if you register before 31st January 2017
b) 900 PLN (2000 PLN) before 28th February 2017
c) 1100 PLN (2200 PLN) before 27th March 2017
All prices are net.

 4. Participation in workshop on 4th April 2017 costs:

a) 950 PLN if person also attends conference
b)1300 PLN if person doesn't attend conference (wishes to go only to workshop)
All prices are net. 

5. There are provided preferential prices for participants of Portfolio Experience edition 2014 - 2016:

a) 700 PLN (1800 PLN for representatives of company providing training and consulting services) if you register before 31st January 2017
b) 800 PLN (1900 PLN) before 28th February 2017
c) 950 PLN (2050 PLN) before 27th March 2017
All prices are net.

 6. Once your registration has been received, a registration confirmation notice will be sent to you via email by our consultant. If your confirmation email has not arrived within five business days, please contact us.

7. WHITECOM Project Experience reserves the right to cancel the event or substitute speakers. In the unlikely event that we should have to cancel the Portfolio Experience Conference, all participants will be informed and refunded for the amount paid for the conference. However, WHITECOM Project Experience is not responsible for any attendees' other related expenses, including hotel and travel.

 

8. Cancellation policy:

8.1. All cancellations must be received by email: portfolio@whitecom.com.pl, subject: “Cancellation”, personal details in the message.

8.2. Should the received notification of cancellation be:

a) not later than 3rd March 2017, the Organizer refunds to the participant 100% of the fee.
b) not later than 20th March 2017, the Organizer refunds to the participant 100% minus the cancellation fee 200 PLN net.

8.3. No refund of any kind will be given for cancellation requests received after 20th March 2017.

8.4. Substitutions (from the same organization) are welcome at no additional fee. If a substitution is necessary, please email portfolio@whitecom.com.pl ahead of time. This will help simplify the transfer process and expedite registration.

8.5. No-shows are liable for the entire conference fee.
