Maciej Madziński & Oskar Kurlanc

We would like to present two speakers who will jointly conduct a session in Polish at our Conference. They will tell us how to implement PMO with maximal employees engagement. The case of Kozminski University.

Maciej Madziński
Practitioner working both with the business and academic environment. Trainer, lecturer, consultant. Maciej gives lectures and workshops at MBA studies,open training, classes in undergraduate and postgraduate studies, including strategic consulting projects for MBA studies. He also supports companies in their organizational transformations, especially towards organizations managed by projects. Chief Operating Officer at Kozminski University. Associated with the University since 2007. Passionate about the implementation of organisational changes, project management, "agile" one in particular, and self-management. As part of COOs’ responsibilities, he specialises in implementing strategic programmes in the widely understood administration of KU. He also manages the Project Management Office in KU and is responsible for the portfolio of University’s projects. His team manages portfolios of projects and coordinates key strategic initiatives at Kozminski University. He is a lecturer in Kozminski Executive Business School and partner in Kirov Strategic Negotiators.

 

Oskar Kurlanc
Oskar is a project & portfolio manager, he designed and implemented together with work colleges their own project methodology in Kozminski University, he is agile and teal organization enthusiast and everything connected with modern management. He is a university lecturer and trainer. He is also the leader of IT projects and programs. His knowledge is confirmed with many certifications i.e. PRINCE 2, AGILE PM, MOR, MSP. Personally, he is a big fan of cross-country skiing, smart homes, cities and 5G network.
