Agenda 2016

We are happy to share with you the full Agenda of Portfolio Experience 2016. Please, acquaint yourself with the detailed descriptions of the conference program. You will definitely like it.

Besides the Speakers you already know, there are a few new names.

As the first Speaker at the Conference will appear Peter Taylor from the UK, Head of Global PMO for Kronos Inc. and “The Lazy Project Manager”. In his speech "Global PMO Development – The Project Academy Model" he will present a case study from his company. Mr. Taylor will be also a Workshop Leader at the second conference day.

The next Speaker is Craig Kilford also from the UK - Author of P3O and Management of Portfolios. The topic of his presentation will be "Portfolio Management: How to get it in 100 days and be 48.8% happier". He will provide an interesting insight into his experience of implementing portfolio management across an organisation within 100 days, and how it helps people change for the better, faster, more collaboratively and be almost 50% happier.

In the "English stream" you will have an opportunity to listen a speech of Beth Ouellette from the USA who will talk about "3P Mentoring Organization". The next chance to meet her will be a Round Table session that she will moderate. The topic to discuss is "Cruising through Change".

Another Round Table topic is "Visual Project Portfolio Management – the right projects in the right sequence" by Jerzy Stawicki, a member of the Program Board, together with Egor Sviridenko, a director of Targetprocess Germany and a passionate researcher in information visualisation.

The Agenda will also be complemented by a presentation of Platinum Sponsor that we will present you soon.

Don't forget also about PMO Award Ceremony that traditionally takes place at the first day of Portfolio Experience.

It promises to be an intensive and very interesting event full of professional and motivating lectures. We hope to see you in Warsaw on 14-15 April!
