Peter Taylor - Keynote speaker and coach, Peter is the author of the number 1 bestselling project management book ‘The Lazy Project Manager’, along with many other books.
He has built and led some of the largest PMOs in the world with organisations such as Siemens, IBM, UKG, and now Ceridian, where he is the VP Global PMO.

Marisa Silva, the Lucky PM, is an experienced PMO and PPM advisor, educator, and international speaker, with a track record of building capabilities in organizations undergoing transformational change. A passionate advocate of the value of the PMO and project management, she was Programs Director at Project Managers Without Borders, Head of External Affairs at IPMA Young Crew Portugal, Secretary of the APM PMO SIG, and is co-author of ground-breaking courses such as the PMO Practitioner, PMO Leader and Assurance Practitioner courses. Marisa is a Senior Consultant at Wellingtone, a founding member of the Advisory Board of the PMO Global Alliance and is the author of “Bedtime Stories for Project Managers”. In 2019, Marisa became one of the youngest Fellow members of the Association for Project Management (APM), in recognition of her contribution to the profession and in 2020 she was awarded the title of Young Project Manager of the Year (IPMA Young Crew Portugal).
She is certified as a PMP®, PRINCE2®, PRINCE 2 Agile®, MOP®, MSP®, P3O®, APMP® (IPMA-D), PMD® Pro Level 2, PMO-CP, as well as a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP®) for MS Project, Project Server and Project Online. In addition, Marisa is an active member of the project management community, being a blogger at ProjectManagement.com, a member of the APM®, subject matter expert representative in the Portuguese technical commission liaising with ISO/TC 258, contributor to the PMI’s publication “Organizational Project Management Guide”, and having served as a volunteer with the PMI® Portugal Chapter. Dr. Robert Joslin, CEng, IEEE, ACE, PMP®, PgMP®, PfMP®, is a management consultant, instructor, and the founder of AIPMO (Association of International Project Management Officers). He currently serves as a professor at Alma Mater ECM and has previously held a professorship at SBS Swiss Business School, where he was responsible for the MSc and DBA programs in “Strategy, Project Leadership, and PMO Management”.
With over 35 years of extensive experience in the field, Dr. Joslin has a proven track record in designing, initiating, and managing international programs for large-scale organizational transformation, reengineering, infrastructure development, and strategic planning. His expertise has led to the successful design and implementation of hundreds of PMOs (Project Management Offices), where he has developed and refined a PMO-specific methodology that underpins AIPMO’s PMO strategic lifecycle framework.
Dr. Joslin has published numerous books, book chapters, and research papers. He also serves as a peer reviewer for three prestigious project management journals and is currently co-authoring AIPMO’s comprehensive Body of Knowledge (BoK), which includes several volumes.
His professional credentials include Chartered Engineer (CEng), IEEE member, ACE certification, and multiple PMI certifications including PMP®, PgMP®, and PfMP®. Nancy Nouaimeh, CCMPTM, CBEPTM, ASQ CSSGB, CQA, CSP, Shingo Alumni is a management consultant, instructor, and the head of consulting at IPMO Consulting, a company of IPMO Advisory Group. She has 24+ years of experience in managing projects driving organizational transformation, excellence, and the development of Integrated Management Systems. Her work focuses on developing people capabilities and robust processes and systems. Nancy's career journey began in scientific research before transitioning into the corporate world, and managing projects interfacing with clients such as Neom, Expo 2020, Petrofac, Nestle, ENOC.
She is an author, public speaker, and trainer, actively contributing her expertise to National, International, and Government Excellence Awards. Mariusz Chudy - Partner at PwC, leading the Cloud & Digital practice in the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region, responsible for growing the technology business and overseeing major cloud-based digital transformations for PwC clients. Throughout his career, Mariusz has managed business and technology transformation projects involving the implementation of cloud platforms, CRM and ERP systems, AI, advanced data analytics, software development, and ICT infrastructure migration. He has extensive experience in the telecommunications and financial sectors.
Mariusz used to volunteer at the Project Management Institute, serving on the board and audit committee of the Poland Chapter. He holds multiple certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-RMP, PSM, SAFe) and IT operations (COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF), as well as in business strategy (INSEAD). He also holds an Executive MBA degree (Henley Business School, UK).
Olga Kurman jest absolwentem Politechniki Łódzkiej – inżynierem chemii biologicznej i magistrem technologii chemicznej. Ukończyła również studia podyplomowe z zakresu mikrobiologii, higieny i jakości w przemyśle. Swoją karierę rozpoczęła w branży FMCG, pracując w firmie produkującej napoje oraz piwa. Następnie przeniosła się do branży kosmetycznej, gdzie zarządzała komórką mikrobiologii, zdobywając cenne doświadczenie w zapewnieniu jakości i przywództwie zespołu.
Jej historia z Mabionem rozpoczęła się w 2019 roku. Początkowo pracowała jako lider grupy mikrobiologicznej, a jej wiedza i umiejętności szybko doprowadziły ją do objęcia roli lidera w obszarze biologicznym i fizykochemicznym. Od 2023 roku pełni funkcję Kierownika Projektu, gdzie skutecznie nadzoruje kluczowe projekty, takie jak analityka zlecona oraz przebudowa Mabionu we współpracy z firmą VTU.
W 2024 roku Olga rozpoczęła studia podyplomowe z Zarządzania projektami, aby dalej rozwijać swoje umiejętności w tej kluczowej dziedzinie. Jej zróżnicowane doświadczenie oraz zaangażowanie w ciągłe doskonalenie czynią ją cennym członkiem zespołu i liderem w obszarze zarządzania projektami.

Absolwent Politechniki Warszawskiej, zdobył tytuł MBA w Szkole Biznesu Politechniki Warszawskiej oraz kwalifikacje Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). Jest certyfikowanym menedżerem projektów (PMI). Przez ponad 20 lat jako doradca współpracował z wieloma polskimi oraz międzynarodowymi organizacjami z różnych branż, realizując wspólnie z nimi dziesiątki kompleksowych projektów w obszarze strategii, restrukturyzacji, optymalizacji procesów, wdrażania kontrolingu czy też doskonalenia działania firm. Był Dyrektorem Strategii jednej z największych polskich firm farmaceutycznych.
Obecnie jest członkiem zarządu firmy FlexiProject, gdzie z pasją inwestuje swoje doświadczenie w budowę systemu do zarządzania projektami - FlexiProject. Odpowiada za strategiczne kształtowanie kierunków rozwoju oprogramowania. Przez lata zdobywał doświadczenie w zarządzaniu dużymi projektami i doskonale wie, jak w pragmatyczny sposób odpowiedzieć na potrzeby i problemy przedsiębiorstw.
