I’ll walk you through how digitalization, automation, and AI integration transformed a dispersed PMO ecosystem, reducing manual effort, increasing transparency, improving On-Time-In-Full delivery, and saving over 1,700 supervising hours annually. From AI-guided project planning to personalized insights and human-centered change management, I’ll offer practical frameworks, measurable outcomes, and lessons on how to empower people (not replace them) with technology. I’ll also touch on how I’m scaling similar models to support NGOs and early-stage project leaders, helping create inclusive, accessible project environments across sectors.
